Fenn Designers Co., Ltd & Green Path Consulting
Lydia Tiasiri is an award-winning interior architect and sustainability strategist leading
Fenn Designers and its specialized arm, Green Path Consulting. As the firm’s second-
generation leader, she returned to the family practice founded by master planner and
architect Dr. Chafia Ferhat. Lydia’s foundational years at Fenn Desigenrs included key roles
in delivering landmark projects such as the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok and BITEC.
Her global trajectory began in Italy, where she earned her Bachelors in Interior and Product
Design in Florence. Following her Master’s degree in Sustainable Interior Environments in
New York, Lydia spent five years at HOK NYC. During this tenure, she realised high-profile
developments including the Four Seasons Residence in Nashville and the flagship
Integrative Health and Wellbeing for New York-Presbyterian & Weill Cornell Medicine. She
later served as Design Director for The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon, and working the
brand's other properties into Hua Hin and the Maldives.
Today, Lydia serves as both Director of Design and Chief Sustainability Officer, bridging the
gap between aesthetic excellence and environmental accountability. Her "Global-Local"
philosophy integrates elite technical requirements with hyper-local craftsmanship to meet
rigorous 2026 international ESG mandates. In addition to her design leadership, she is an
independent Green Globe Auditor and GSTC Professional. Holding a rare suite of
credentials including NCIDQ, LEED GA, and WELL AP , Lydia acts as a strategic bridge for
owners, transforming high-concept narrative interiors into high-performance, net-positive
global assets.
