Steven Hopkinson is the CEO and Co-Founder of Ryse, an enterprise gifting and experiences platform that helps hotels and restaurants unlock new revenue streams, deepen guest engagement, and build lasting loyalty.

In addition to Ryse, Steven serves as a Strategic Advisor to CMAC Group, supporting the company's global growth strategy and helping drive innovation across passenger disruption, ground transport, accommodation, and hospitality technology. He works closely with the executive team on international expansion, strategic partnerships, and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Previously, Steven served as Senior Vice President at Shiji Group and held executive leadership roles at Groups360, which acquired his hospitality technology company, Idem Hospitality. Earlier in his career, he founded Getty Images' Asia-Pacific business, growing it from inception into a high-growth operation spanning multiple countries.

With more than 30 years of experience across hospitality, technology, media, and travel, Steven is a serial entrepreneur and growth executive with a proven track record of building international businesses, leading digital transformation, and scaling companies from startup through to successful acquisition.
