Before moving into developer-side leadership and general management, Claudio built his career as an architect and design leader, shaping projects from concept through delivery across the hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and commercial sectors.

With a strong design background and an MBA that complements his architectural expertise with strategic, commercial, and leadership discipline, Claudio brings a design-led perspective to hospitality and mixed-use projects. His approach seamlessly combines spatial thinking and guest experience with strategic decision-making, commercial discipline, market positioning, and long-term asset value.

His career spans major developments across Vietnam, China, Myanmar, and Thailand, with experience ranging from early feasibility and concept direction through to design leadership, delivery, and asset performance. Claudio focuses on shaping projects with clear identity, strong spatial quality, and enduring relevance, particularly in branded, luxury, and experience-led environments.
