Jael Fischer

Head of Development Asia Pacific, Six Senses

Jael Fischer leads Six Senses’ expansion of hotels, resorts and branded residences across Asia Pacific, spanning India and Southeast Asia through to Japan and the Pacific.

With 16 years of global hospitality experience across four continents, she brings deep expertise in development strategy, deal structuring and execution, corporate finance, business analytics and hotel advisory, encompassing feasibility studies, market research, asset management and owner representation.

A graduate of EHL Hospitality Business School (BSc with Honours, specialising in Corporate and Real Estate Finance), Jael also holds Cornell University's Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management.

Originally from Switzerland and also an Australian national, Jael speaks English, Spanish, German and French. Her international upbringing and cross-cultural experience underpin a passion for travel and a strong commitment to wellness-led and sustainable development.
