Gadi Hassin is a global hospitality leader and entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience across boutique hotels, luxury properties, and design-led hybrid accommodation. His career spans hotel management, acquisitions, development and large-scale operational leadership across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.

He has held senior roles with Hyatt Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton and Ovolo, leading openings and repositioning projects that blend strong commercial performance with distinctive guest experience. In 2020, he joined Selina as Managing Partner for Asia Pacific during a period of rapid expansion, later serving as Global COO. In that role, he oversaw 120 locations across 22 countries and six continents, integrating accommodation with coworking, wellness programming, cultural activation and community engagement to serve the fast-growing nomadic traveller segment.

Today, as Co‑Founder and CEO of Helios Hospitality Management, Gadi partners with ownersand developers to create experience-driven, design-conscious hospitality brands that prioritise authenticity, local connection and long-term relevance.Gadi brings practical insight into evolving guest expectations, hybrid hospitality models, operational innovation and the future of travel.
