Sandra Watermann is the Managing Director of Rosewood Bangkok, recently recognized as the No. 7 Best City Hotel in Asia in the 2026 Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards. With over 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality, she has held senior roles across Europe, the U.S., Asia, and the Maldives, and has called Thailand home for 15 years.

She has worked with esteemed brands including Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, One & Only, and Aman, and was part of the Rosewood Phuket pre-opening team. Since 2022, Sandra has led Rosewood Bangkok with heart, shaping memorable guest experiences and nurturing a team dedicated to delivering genuine Thai hospitality.
