Eva Lin, Design Director at AvroKO's Bangkok studio, where curiosity is at the heart of everything she does. For her, every project starts with a question—an idea worth exploring—and grows through making, testing, and refining until every detail feels just right.
Having been with AvroKO for nearly a decade, Eva has been involved in every stage of the design process, enjoying the collaborative, hands-on journey of bringing ideas to life. Over the course of her career across Asia and the Middle East, she's helped shape award-nominated destinations including Eaton Hotel Hong Kong, Four Seasons Bangkok Social Club, Centara Osaka, and more.
Eva believes the best spaces balance a strong sense of place with a touch of surprise. She loves layering local culture, craft, and storytelling in ways that feel fresh rather than familiar—creating place that invite people to connect, linger, and discover something unexpected.
Her journey into hosoitality wasn't exactly conventional. She began in graphic design before studying carpentry and interior, a combination that gave her both a sharp visual eye and a practical understanding of how things are made. That balance between imagination and craftsmanship continues to shape the way she designs today.
