CEO, Capstone Asset

Titiwat brings extensive hands-on experience in real estate development, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. As Co-Founder of Capstone Asset, a lifestyle-led developer specializing in residential, hospitality, and commercial real estate across Thailand’s key gateway and resort markets, he oversees projects from concept through completion. In his role, he leads day-to-day operations while shaping the firm’s strategic direction and long-term platform growth. His approach reflects Capstone Asset’s ethos of “One Project, One Brand,” delivering bespoke developments thoughtfully designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s consumers through intelligent design, practical functionality, and uncompromising quality. Current projects include branded residences and hotels developed in partnership with Marriott International and InterContinental Hotels Group.

Prior to co-founding Capstone Asset, Titiwat spent over a decade with Lehman Brothers and Minor International PCL, where he served as Group Director of Acquisitions and Partnerships. During this time, he executed more than USD 1.8 billion in real estate transactions across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.

Earlier in his career, Titiwat co-founded Koon Estate, a real estate development company, and Thanatawee Asset Management Company, a licensed asset management firm focused on commercial loan investments under the supervision of the Bank of Thailand.

Titiwat holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
